1 litre sized pot.  Artemisia lactiflora is a clumping herbaceous perennial that adds dramatic height to the border.  It has dark green lobed leaves, tall burgundy stems that are topped with plumes of tiny white flowers in summer.  Likes partial shade with moist, well-drained soil.  Looks great partnered with burgundy coloured dahlias to bring out the colour of the stems.
