Aster alpinus 'Victor' is a hardy little aster that is native to the mountains of Europe.  It has crimson purple flowers, reaching only 15-30cm high, held above green clumps of foliage.  Likes a sunny position in well-drained soil, great in a rockery or near the front of the border where it can be appreciated.  Approx 1 L size pot.
