1 litre sized pot.  Arnica montana is a hardy perennial and a great plant for the rock garden or suitable sunny position in the garden.  It has yellow daisy like flowers held up to 30 - 50 cm tall, flowering in summer.  Arnica is often used externally for treating a variety of ailments but is poisonous and must never be taken internally.
